'Help - Problems - Quality Feedback Agent' - Program Help start.
Show the list of events such as restart the pagefetcher when Windows or internet connection problems have caused it to stop responding.
Any Errors that happenned due to bugs in KybIE will also be listed here.
When you press OK, a web form will be displayed and details of all errors you have encountered will be pasted to the form. You can enter any further details or comments aor simply press Send to send feeback to KybIE support.
The four options at the bottom of the screen determine whether errors are displayed and whether the current function will be aborted or not after an error ius encountered.
Whenever an error is encountered and option Silent is on, a red E will appear in the middle of the KybIE counters screen. To hide the red E, click a coloured blocks to change the list for F8 or use ALt+Ctrl+2 to list sets or use ALt+Ctrl+1 to toggle selected list or change the current set.
Click the red E to show details for the last error and display/send as feedback the list of all errors.
