What is on the KybIE counters window
When you start KybIE you will see the KybIE counters screen.
The counters display the number of pages in each of the blue, red, amber, green and purple lists.
Blue List - Links selected for which page has been saved or requested but not yet received. Red List - Links for which page could not be saved or retrieved. Amber List - Pages/Links with at least main text (HTML) available. Other files (images etc) may not yet be available. Green List - Pages/Links for which all files are available and have not yet been viewed. Purple List - Pages/Links from the green list which have already been viewed.

How to show the menu
You can always right-click the KybIE counters screen or press Ctrl+Q to see the KybIE menu.
Ctrl+Q will also work on any IE window.
How To Get Links
KybIE can be used:
- to request several links at the same time,
- to get many pages at once
- and make them all available even after you close your internet connection.

The most useful three keys are F7, F8, F9. To get Links simply select them in IE and press F7. To See pages retrieved press F8. To Move between IE windows press F9. |

NB To select links in IE, use the mouse.
1. Position just above/to the left of the link
2. Press the left button and keep it pressed
3. Move the mouse over the link and when some/all of it is selected (highlighted in blue), release the mouse button.
How to Move the KybIE counters window
You can drag and drop the KybIE counters window to anywhere on the screen using the mouse.
Use Shift+Left Mouse Button anywhere on the screen to start dragging. You can also start dragging without using Shift by clicking the pale blue border around the counter blocks.
