'Options - View' - Program Help start.
The buttons "List All", "Grab Links" and "Menu" on the KybIE counters window are optional. Check the box to show the buttons. They will be placed side by side if space allows. If No set name is shown they will usually be placed one under the other.
List All will show a web page with details of al lists and clickable links for the offline versions of each page.
Grab Links will grab links (selected or all or filtered according to current options) from the IE window and add them to the set. The keyboard shortcut F7 is a quicker way to do this.
Menu will show the KybIE menu. The menu is also available by clicking with the right mouse button anywhere on the KybIE counters window except the top caption bar. The KybIE menu can also be shown direct from IE using the Ctrl+Q shortcut key.
Option select sets at startup will cause a list of sets to be displayed when KybIE is started and there is more than one set to load. The list will never be displayed when there is only one set. This option can also be changed using the checkbox on the set list shown at startup.
To pause or abort loading of sets, click any coloured block with the right button during startup. Loading will be paused and a screen will ask whether to abort or continue. The option to select sets at startup can also be changed on this screen.
The KybIE blocks (list counters) screen is usually shown on top of all other windows. To turn this function off, uncheck the Always On Top box.
Press the Skins button to change the background colour of all message and options secreens. When option Original Grey is selected, the color specified in the selected color scheme [Windows Control Panel/Display/Appearance Tab for Windows 2000] will be used. The other options (white/blue) assume that the color selected for message text in windows is black or another color that displays on these background colors.
