'Info. Link Lists. Sets - Select from List of Sets' - Program Help start.

Legend:
* - current set.
+ - set to which pages will be added when save page from browser using F2.

KybIE allows you to have several sets of requested / available links each of which has seperate lists.
See New Set

This option will list the sets that are currently available.

You can change the current displayed set by selecting a set from the list and clicking button Select Set.

The current displayed set is the one for which the counts of items in each list are shown in the coloured blocks on the KybIE screen.
When you use F8 to show the next item from a list [E.g. Show Next Item from Green List], the item displayed will be the next item in the list selected for the current displayed set.
When you display a list of requested, available, viewed or rejected links [E.g. Display Green (available) List of Links], the list shown will be that for the current displayed set.

Delete set will close the selected set. The lists of links in that set will no longer be available.
See Close Set.

Edit Set Name allows you to enter a name for the selected set.
The default set name will be a counter / total number of sets. I.e. 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 when there are 3 sets.

A different set name can be entered for each set from the set list. See Info. Link Lists. Sets - Select from List of Sets
The entered name will be shown in the yellow block on the KybIE counters screen only when Show Set Name is checked (only available with KybIE GetEmAll Pro).

The "Save Pages to Set" button changes the set to which all newly saved pages are added. When you press F2 in Internet Explorer, the web page shown will be saved on your hard drive and will be added to a set [which you can use as a review list].

Select any set and use "Save Pages to Set" button to specify which set the pages are added to. The 'save-to-set' currently selected is indicated with a + in the top part of this screen. See K Save Page [F2].

The two "Delete duplicate pages ... " buttons can be used to remove all list entries for which another entry points to the same URL.

When duplicates are removed, any fragment specified is ignored. E.g.
guardian.co.uk/article1.htm#top
guardian.co.uk/article1.htm#conlusion
These two pages/links will be treated as the same URL and one of them will be removed.

Duplicates will be removed from a list if a list entry with the same URL exists in *any* list of *any* set that is loaded.

When button is pressed to remove duplicates from a single set, lists are checked in the following sequence.
1. Red
2. Blue
3. Amber
4. Green
5. Purple
The first list item found will be removed when a duplicate URL (page address) is found. The duplicate could be in the same list or any other list.

When button is pressed to remove duplicates from all sets, the same sequence is used. Red lists of every set are checked first.
I.e. if a duplicate URL exists in the red list of any set as well as in a green list, the red list item will always be the one removed. After red lists of all sets have been checked, all blue lists are checked etc.

If a page exists in two sets in the same colour list for each set, it will be removed from the FIRST set where it is found. (according to the order shown on the sets list).

Duplicates can also be removed from a single list using the button on the show list screen. See Info. Link Lists. Sets - Green (complete) URL-File List.
